Part 5 is waiting with me
I am waiting on my labs. That test is the next true piece of my journey. I would rather let you wait with me than fill a week unnecessarily with words -
Part 4 is still here if you missed the reformer, the farm walks, and the rebounder when the house is too hot.

I am still in the middle of this protocol. Feeling Stronger, more energetic but not finished yet.
Instead, I will post what all we have been doing around here -
mostly learning to run a business, re-evaluating the soaps I make and how to make them with essential oils so the scents will stay.
My youngest moved from the west coast to the east coast, much nearer to me! We will be spending Thanksgiving together where she is.
When Nicki was here we went to Murphy, NC for the Cherokee casino - it was a hoot being with her. She and I love to adventure...on the way we stopped at several small towns along the way, Tellico Plains for their coffee, Coker Creek to check out the Welcome Center and the gold mining campground, and then on to NC to toole around before coming back home.
